Do I need to be present when the work is done?
No, you do not need to be at the property for any of our services. If you would like to be home for our visit then we can absolutely schedule the service on a time and day where you will be there.
What do I need to do to prepare for the visit?
Not much! If you won't be home while we're there we'll just need the side gates to be unlocked so that we're able to access the backyard. If you hired us for window cleaning or pressure washing we will also need a faucet to be turned on as we will be hooking up to your water.
Does Ontario Shines have insurance?
The safety of you, your property, and our team members is very important to us. We are fully licensed and have $2,000,000 in comprehensive insurance including general liability and personal injury liability.
